Description: The Type 343G Wasp Head was developed in the 1980s for indigenous surface combatants, based on Soviet technology. The radar was designed for the fire-control of the anti-ship missile and 100mm main gun targeting. The Type 343G can be distinguished by its unique appearance, featuring a radar antenna attached to a half-ball shape dome (NATO reporting name: Wok Won; G/H band). On newer warships the Type 343G has been replaced by the newer Type 344.
